Resolved I have paid for $3 for a premium version

I have paid for $3 for a premium version but havent got any extra hours? Why is it not working?
Every time i go to use a bot it just says please consider using a premium version?

Which bot?

I assume you're using a lite version of a bot, which has a free X amount of minutes, and now you need to pay for premium credit so you can use the paid version.

Okay, Well i didnt know that i thought you paid for premium then you get all the bots lol.
Is there anyway i can get a refund? Who do i talk to?

I have paid for a monthly premium with hours , still says im 3 hours max how do I fix
 
I don't understand how this works then , why did I pay a monthly fee with 700 hours

You misunderstood. There's two separate things to buy on this site.

1) bot hours, which it sounds like you bought. You can only use 200 hours of ANY not through runemate per month. You bought more.

2) premium credits, which it sounds like is what you need. Some premium bots allow you to use X amount of hours of that specific bot free, and then to use it more you need to buy premium credits and use the premium version.
