I timed 55 minutes on my mobile when i started on the bot, then i let it run until my alarm said 55 minutes had passed.

After that i stopped it and closed runemate, still got charged, bcs when i checked on the website it was 0,05 down.

this shit is corrupt asfk

runemate follows the pricing model of Amazon WebServices EC2 instances because the systems are very similar to eachother. if you have complaints, please contact their customer service.
yeye i read it before u even posted it, what is this bullshit. I closed everything, didt even run 2 instances or anything. It did it multiple times, and i even recorded it so it wouldn't go over the limit for every hour. Also the only reason im mad is bcs i only 200 hours in one month so its just fking retarded it still takes an hour even thoe its fkign closed before it start a new.

Also now that i got you, i'm using visualrm bot, and i can't seem to figure out where to see how long it have been running for, thats why i record it when i start it

Thankfully the 200 hours arent used up hour by hour but rather pretty precisely

When you open the bot you get charged for the hour.

Do you mean you got charged for a second hour?

I'm assuming this is what OP means and they're just explaining it poorly? In which case that sounds like a potential bug.

I got charged, even when I had closed the client/bot + rs before it was about to charge me again. When I checked the website = charged me for an hour more. How is that possible? It's closed before 60 minutes

your sentence makes no sense.
what i meant to say is if you are being charged for 2 hours, not exactly 2 hours are being added to your usage stats. the 200 hours per month are accurate down to the second (or even millisecond, idk)

I know how the hours work, but it doesent work as intended to. It charge if u stop it before 1 hour, then it still charge u for second hour. Also u can't even see how long before u get charged again lmfao

I use mostly paid bots, on two accounts for about 6-8 hours a day. I don't have any issues like this, could you post a screenshot of it being under 59:59 and show us it charging for x 2 hours in credit history?

I don't understand how it's happening with your 5 cents, and not the 1000's of hours which I have used on this platform.

Operator error.

Its about the principle. Getting charged for 2 hours in well under 1 hour is not something you should blame the user for
apart from that one time prime fisher charged me $3 for using 1 hour :XD:

tbh never seen a guy this angry about 0.05$
I'm not mad about 0,05, but lets say it keep happening, and i'm here to bot for more then 1000 hours, then its going to add up.

@Savior i use visualrm paid ofc, but i can't see how long before i get charged for another hour in it. It just stay on 5 hours. Where can i see how long before getting charged again?

You cant, which is another problem with this sensitive payment model. In addition to that, most bots have a timer built into their UI, which however does not 100% reflect the time the session itself has been running for, so another factor that might confuse users.

Run your 55 minute test again and try stopping the bot before killing RuneMate this time.

are you a venne? Then I could understand your rage over a nickel.

You could always pay someone to skill for you but I promise it will be more than a nickel.
