TzBob Bank Organizer

Organizes your OSRS bank according to inputs, excluding the default bank tab.

Item matching occurs in a text box per bank tab, with each text box line being any of:
- Item ID
- Item name
- Item name with wildcards
- Wiki category lookup to match multiple items

Item moving occurs like so:
1) Moves items that don't match input, from any bank tab (1-9) into any bank tab (1-9, or the default tab).
2) Moves items that do match input, into their target bank tab (1-9).
3) Moves items that do match input, into their target sorted position within the bank tab (1-9).

Other:
- Option to ignore a bank tab, with a check box per tab.
- Checks for invalid configs. (e.g. An empty bank tab before an un-empty bank tab).
- Load item names from the bank into the tab textboxes
