Hi,

Can someone please help point me in the direction of where this information about refund limits?

I've done 6 requests, all which have been approved by the script owner. Have looked all over and done search to find information about this. I understand its to prevent spamming most likely but I have done 6 request, all approved and refunded. This was during a series of 10 revisions to script to iron out some issues and fix lag that was caused by RuneMate.

Today have had an instance stop after 12 mins, no setting changed since running it for 6+ hours yesterday. Now can't request a refund...
