I'm looking to come back into OSRS. I have a decent size budget. Looking for a main account. Quest completion > skills. Wealth isn't important either.

Dealing with repped members first. Off-site reputation requires several pieces of verification.

I'd recommend you train up an account and hire a quester.

If you really want to buy one, I can sell you one but it will be expensive. I'll price it by figuring out what it would cost to hire someone to do each quest the account has completed, and add on value for the stats/untradables/etc.
