There are already two Woodcutting bots readily available which should do what you want:

MaxiWoodcutter | Community | RuneMate
Pi Chopper | Community | RuneMate

If these do not do what you are looking for, post in the thread and ask

I don't believe Pi Chopper works currently until client update and MaxiWoodcutter has issues with chopping Yews atleast for me. But every other tree I've tried has worked fine. However they're both authored by some of the top people on the site so be patient and it'll get there soon.
