The premium bot payment system charges at bot start and every hour after(at the start of the hour)

If a bot is stopped and starts new, new charges are incurred.. If u run a bot for 61min it will charge for 2 full hours

Tutorial - Wallet and Premium Bots FAQ

This information stated in the link

Ok I read it and makes sense, I figured it started at the hour, but for the first hour that I started using Prime NMZ, it charged me another 10 cents in 45 minutes? I did not pause or stop the bot at this time.

The entire runtime of the bot from point its started til its stopped is tracked server side, this is the timer that is used for the premium charges.

Even if the bot gets paused and shows a lessor time in the UI the server side timer could be at 1hr.

The charges are based off time connected to server and using the runemate resources for daid bot even if paused.

Hope this helps

here i thought i was gonna make profit but runemate credit system jacked all my profits by overcharging credits. the "so called" directors even blocked/deleted & refused to even offer refund when I confronted them lmao

i'm going through the same shit, I literally have 10 pages of overchanged runemate credits. CBA ss'ing each page but you get the point.

Wow, if only there was a FAQ which told you what to do in circumstances like this!

Tutorial - Wallet and Premium Bots FAQ

Why am I charged every time I start an instance?:
Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. If you stop the bot manually and restart it, you will be charged again. If the bot breaks, doesn't work or you are overcharged and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you.
