Funny you say that, because I can see another RuneMate account on your IP address.
As clearly stated in the FAQ, multiple RuneMate accounts on the same IP will combine hours.

My brother/sister/other uses RuneMate in my house, will our hours combine?
Yes. Hours used across multiple RuneMate accounts from the same IP address will combine. EG: Account001 uses 10 hours on a Monday; these 10 hours will also show up on Account002's usage history for Monday.

I understand that, but this is the only account that is being used for betting. There is no one else here that's plays Runescape. So I don't understand how my hours are being used by someone else.

Seeing as the name contains a shortened version of your first name, i'd say you created a second account. Is this so?
