I love that I can run a lot of bots at once but... there really are still no premium features/bots to speak of on runemate. Where they all at? Am I missing something here?

The bots are made by independent developers rather than RuneMate itself (just like on many other botting platforms) so there is no "official" way to check the status of upcoming bots. Sometimes developers will announce a bot in advance and provide updates on its progress and other times they just kinda appear on the bot store.

You could always ask a developer what they're up to, but I'd try not to bug them about release dates/ETAs.
