I used a bot for 60 minutes and then it automatically stopped and it said that I have reached my 60-minute bot within 7 days. is this an update that I have missed because I am very puzzled atm plus I haven't botted in a few months since I quit for a bit.

That message comes from running a "Trial" or "Lite" version of a premium bot, that the author has limited to x hours per day/week. If you want to use said bot more use the premium/paid version. Or choose a diiferent bot to use
