Yesterday all I did is I managed to run 3 instances (After asking countlessly in the forums with no hope of any help). Normally, If I run one instance of VisualRM [BOT] it costs 0.05$/hr. Yesterday It charged 3 times in 30 minutes (due to your shitty payment system that charges everytime the bot is run regardless of use duration). That I understand but not comprehend.

Moving on to the part where it gets really frustrating. Why am I charged for 9 hours? shouldn't I be charged for 3 hours since I run 3 instances? What kind of bullshit is this?

If you ran 3x instances, for 3 hours each, that would equal 9 total hours.

Why am I charged every time I start an instance?:
Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. If you stop the bot manually and restart it, you will be charged again. If the bot breaks, doesn't work or you are overcharged and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you.

please check the attached image. It clearly shows what times I was charged... Also, it never charges me for 3 hours at once... it charges every 1 hour of botting. It charged me for 9 hours (3 hours per bot) 3 times in 20 minutes.
