Bug Wallet funds are deducted incorrectly

Hi,

I would like to inform you that funds from my wallet are being debited much faster than they should. Is it possible to take a closer look at this and post screenshots on the forum or will I be transferred to the support department?

Just to clarify, the way Runemate works is that it charges when the bot is started and each subsequent hour. So it's recommended to test using the lite version of a bot (in case it gives you any trouble), and avoid stopping/restarting a bot soon after starting.

If a bot is giving you trouble and you'd like a refund, you can contact the bot author or post on the bot's discussion thread requesting the refund.
