Bug USFDataFormatException error?

I've uninstalled and reinstalled both RuneMate and the runescape legacy client, hard reset my modem and nothing seems to work. I read something about a sym-link but I have no clue how to do that I found a guide on google but it didn't seem to help. This is my first time using runemate and every bot I try gives me the same error. Any help would be much appreciated

Hey, if I'm correct the issue occurs because of a non ASCII character is in the XML file.

The bots use XML files to store information, what you need to do in my opinion is:
1. Uninstall Runemate
2. Remove RuneMate directory on: C:\Users\MyName\RuneMate\
3. Install Runemate

Try that.

No luck :/ Heres the log
