Hello, I've been subscribed to the $4 a month supporter rank for a while now, never had an issue with
my usage hours being tracked incorrectly or anything until recently.
I was running low on hours and wanted to add some more so i purchased a single payment of the $3 tier
for an extra 300 hours that month which gave me 700 hours in total. I'm pretty sure I ended up using close to the 700 that month, if not all of the hours that I paid for.
After that month ended I was left with just the 400 hours that I continue to pay for monthly, but now my hours
are in the negative and they seem to not be resetting. I've waited over a week now to post this and i'm still in the negative hours which has left me unable to use the service. I'm not sure if this happened because I had 700 hours that one month and then went back down to 400, but i've waited a while for it to "catch up" or fix itself with no luck.
I'd just like you to look into it or let me know what to do, thank you in advance.
