Hello, i have upgraded my account for 300hours and its been over months and still i have negative -6 balance. why it wont reset to 300 ? its been over months please help

Then why are there 3 other accounts using RuneMate on your IP address?

As clearly stated in the FAQ thread, hours used across multiple RuneMate accounts from the same IP address will combine. EG: Account001 uses 10 hours on a Monday; these 10 hours will also show up on Account002's usage history for Monday.
