@Ghost8893 just for the record, on the upgrade page (Upgrade | RuneMate) you can press + or - to add or remove hours. You didn't need to buy both supporter and sponsor ranks to get more hours.
It's possible your extra hours/ability to run 3 bots is just taking a while to get processed (that happens sometimes, can take up to 24 hours depending on your bank etc). I'm not totally sure how sponsor/supporter roles stack, I'd imagine the concurrent botting time should stack though. And I'm not totally sure how refunds work/if you'd be able to get one for this, but I think Arbiter would be the person to contact if it is possible.

thank you for the info but its been way past 24 hours for me. Its been like a week and some and still cant run 3 bots only 2 smh
bro your response is no help right now. I paid to run 3scripts bots at once not 2 smh. I need a refund or my 3rd script bot needs to be fixed. if not I'll jus let the community know not to waste their money because you guys don't know how to fix 3 scripts bots

Like I said on the pm, I'm not staff or anything. If you want a refund, message Arbiter and see if he'll refund for you.
What's the error message stopping you from using more than 2 bots anyway? You've provided essentially no info. Is it the issue where it says "Could not generate advertising"? if so look at Tutorial - Bypass "Unable to create advertising" error
