When trying to run the non standalone version of runemate I get the error that no java could be detected however I can run the standalone version and java - - version outputs java 8u91.

After a reinstall it would run but it wouldn't be able to attach to the other jvm (in which Runescape is ran?)

It would just sit there on the loading screen. Hope this is sufficient information.

Use a real desktop environment. Stop with XFCE shit or whatever you're using. GNOME, Unity, or nothing.
