Hi I've been wanting to use RuneMate for 2 days now but I've been unable to.

I'm running XFCE4 Debian Linux, 4GB Ram
java version "1.8.0_66"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_66-b17)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.66-b17, mixed mode)



I'm able to open RuneMate, I have added an account, have added bots, I still have 132 hours left ( even though I didn't bot at all for like months lol)

I create an instance, select a bot and account and let RuneMate load (takes like 1-5 minutes on Linux for some reason, but it eventually loads), press start and then nothing happens. I don't see an interface, I just see the timer go up but the bots don't do anything I've tried some AwesomeMiner, QveChickenkiller, Open Pickpocketer and QveSpinnerV2 but none of them open an interface or do anything.

Am I doing something wrong?

using the RSU client which I read was supported

Thought that only made a difference when running windows. I'll give it a shot

Not on linux. On linux you can use 64bit java to run Spectre, as long as you run the client in 64bit too.

That's what I thought So now I still don't know what my issue is exactly x) Since I can open Spectre, select an account an bot and client but then when I press start it just does nothing but I can see that I've 'used' hours on the RuneMate website

@Arbiter seems to be a problem with initializing the session UI judging by the error log he posted in OT

I just noticed that you could update java, maybe that helps.

I'm having a similar issue. When i select the client it just says failed to connect to oldschool.runescape.com/javaconfig.ws
I run fedora 25 and have not yet figured a way to download/install/run the osrsclient.msi. From my understanding runemate need the classic client ot run? Does anyone know a way to config runemate to work with osbudy? or away to download/install the osrsclinet.msi?
