I would like to run more then one instance of this bot so I donated $3 because it says you can run 1 more instance per $1 you donate so I should be able to run 5 bots now. However when I try to run my third it still says I am running to many instances. The money has been deducted from my paypal account but I can't see anything under my recent transactions tab on my account.

So did you donate or did you just buy credits? There is a difference. If you donate, you are gifting your money to Runemate to support it, you can then run more instances. If you buy credits to run premium bots, you only get credit to do so.

This is correct.
If you purchased credits @ https://www.runemate.com/community/adcredits/ you can only use those to run premium bots.
If you payed/donated @ Upgrade | RuneMate you should be able to run multiple instances and became a supporter.
Do however, keep in mind that sometimes PayPal payments take up to 24 hours if you used a Credit Card.

Since you said no transaction are showing on your RuneMate account, I'm guessing you used https://www.runemate.com/community/adcredits/.
