Are there any perks associated with the titles: bot author, bot author++, tester, etc? The perks for supporters and sponsors are stated when upgrading, but I haven't seen anything about the others. If so, what are they, and what is the difference between a bot author and bot author++?

Bot author++ just means they have/had a premium bot on the store.
The tester rank is kinda useless nowadays. Used to be for people who helped testing stuff for Cloud.

As far as I know, the only thing bot authors (and bot author++) get is 200 additional hours per month for free.

And the bot author title is obtained by releasing a single bot that makes it to the bot store?
