for some reason my bot crashed so i tried to restart it three times using the wintertodt bot the regal one and i didnt notice after trying to get it to work twice that it was deducting from my balance 2 hours worth is gone and i didnt use it is there a way i can get the 16 cents back and can someone possibly help me on trying to figure out why the bot wont run now.

If you read the rules, it states that you'll be charged every hour or whenever you start a bot instance, you can contact the author of the bot to request a refund and he'll decide whether he wants to refund you or not.

well, thats fine im not gunna freak over 20 cents but theres still the problem of it not running. after it ran for like 4 hours just fine.
