• Summary: Start in house with staff + runes + cash. Go to lectern and Call Servant using House Options. Retrieve Soft Clay from bank. Study Lectern and make full inventory of tabs.
  
• Required stats: 25 Magic for Varrock Tabs and 47 Construction for regular Lectern.
  
• Required quests: None.
• Required items: Soft Clay + Teleport Runes ( + Coins if using servant)
  
• Other notes: Up to 400k/hr gp and 35k-60k/hr magic exp. Low ban rate if inside own house. Can also add options for using a friend's house or dueling rings.
