Ok, So i've nearly reached my 200hours and plan on buyer supporter but read some horror stories.
If i've got this right, If I buy supported and i'm near the end of my month.... Then the supporter will only last the remaining day sand not start a 'fresh month' from the moment I buy it?

If that is the case... how can I see when the next 'Hour reset' is? Or isit by actual months? as in Jan, Feb, March and next reset will be 1st of april?

There is no complete hour reset. The payment you make lasts for exactly one month. During that period your limit is raised accordingly to the amount you paid.

You don't lose any hours. But there are some people who simply don't understand how the system works and think that making a payment = buying hours.
Just pay what you think you are going to need in one month. If you think you need 500 hours, make a $5 payment. Don't make a $50 payment and expect the hours to last 10 months.
