I've tried running Spectre inside the sandbox and outside the sandbox. I've confirmed that both Spectre and RS are running in 32-bit Java as they should be. As usual, Spectre properly detects RS when RS is ran outside of Sandboxie.

Edit: After clearing the RS cache, Spectre now properly detects a sandboxed RS.

Not sure what the question is here. This configuration is not supported.
