Hmm.. it shouldnt take the 8 each time you start it though especially for a bug :/ I wasnt able to get my full hour out of it.

Thats how the system works though, as its clearly stated in multiple threads.
If you feel like you had to restart the session because of a bug, feel free to contact the author and ask nicely for a refund :)

Great thank you buddy :)
And to be clear, you are charged at the start of each hour, that includes EVERY time you start the bot. If it's having issues, don't restart it or you'll end up in this same situation again.

So basically just keep Runemate up? Sometimes the client does crash resulting in me having to restart anyways! I contacted the dev so maybe we can work something out! Thank you guys for being fast and responsive. And what your saying is if I start the bot at example 7:00 est and again at 8 it will charge me just for starting it up? This is what it looked like in my log btw

If the client crashes that's not on the bot author and should be addressed by the client developers. It could be an issue on your end that's causing the client to crash, in which case you likely wouldn't be refunded.
I'm saying, don't start and stop premium bots. If you start the bot at 7 you will be billed for one hour. And then, if the bot is still running when 8 comes, it will bill you again for another hour etc.
If you stop the bot at 7:30 and then start it again at 7:31 you will be billed for another hour, even thought the first hour hasn't finished yet. This is because you ended the session that you paid for originally and started a new one.

If you need to stop the bot because you want to change settings or because it is screwing up, i suggest talking to the bot author instead and requesting that they add the ability to change settings during runtime or to fix the bugs causing it to screw up.
And if you do need or want to stop the bot for whatever reason, you're best off doing it close to the end of the current hour, that way you only lose say a couple minutes of paid time instead of half of the hour for example.
