After going thru the entire troubleshooting process, uninstalling everything, reinstalling, checking connection speeds, trying ethernet vs WiFi, reading multiple threads I have found the solution for those who are experiencing the weird issue where RuneMate stops working, seemingly for no reason. This is NOT an issue with the client or individual bots. Your connection speed may also be fine, but isn't consistent enough to remain connected (although your connection to the OSRS servers may never falter).

The solution is VERY simple: Use a VPN.

I tried literally everything else before this and it was the only thing that resolved the issue for me.
 
@American Express Can you change the title prefix to "resolved" whenever you see this so anyone still having this issue can see how to fix it here?
