Summary: Goes to bank, pulls out any needed ores (Iron, mith, ada, rune, could be done with preset 3-4?) runs to a furnace and stores and melts into bar and then banks after.
Same for making items (you can pick an item like the fletching bots or even just the best for leveling smithing up to level 70 at least)
