Basically RSPS vote bot.

Looking for a bot that can go from one site to another completing captchas going into a game and claiming the votes.

Needed
Changing IP, proxies/vpns
adding in something like deathcaptcha or another paid service(user pays this obviously.)
Entering a name into a box
Able to repeat average 120-180 times an hour
Work on multiple sites, give the bot a site link to enter the name on etc.
Saving the account names entered into the box

Claim votes in-game
Hourly rate counter
Estimation of hourly rate

Not if it's scripted to the window of the client. Grab a login/password from your account list file lets say logs into the account and just types ::claim and presses enter, logs out of client. Rinse and repeat.

Don't see it as an issue, many servers and let's take elkoy for an instance, it stacks your votes and you only need to type ::claimvotes once.
