havnt used runemite for at least 20 days so far... it keep saying -17 hours out of 200..

is there a way to reset it? or what?

There is a second account on their IP address, so it's one of the above for sure.

the 2nd account was made because I forgot the login but when I logged in says 0/200 hours used so its clear but when I log into it says used all my hours which is werid

Creating multiple accounts is against the rules. On top of this, multiple accounts on the same IP address will combine hours, creating the issue you now face.

Either wait for your hours to reset, or purchase a supporter package.
