Resolved Services; upgrade

So I went to upgrade my account on sunday for support at $6, 5 days later and I still have received my services and botting hours, the money has left my bank and cleared!

Who deals with this??

I messaged Arbiter and haven't heard anything back.

I upgraded in december and I received my services within seconds from payment, I am getting a little annoyed now.

It seems something went wrong indeed. You can't blame @Arbiter, he's very busy with his work or something. He's barely online on the official Slack channels too. I'll link him this thread though, maybe he'll help you out faster.

All personal messages with support questions are ignored. It is very clear where to go for support, and it isn't my profile. That being said, it doesn't look like PayPal has cleared the payment yet. They have been known to randomly hold payments for a bit in order to verify details. What is your Transaction ID?

Thanks for replying, sorry for calling you out like that. I haven't found the right support on the website in regards with my issue and the only reason I did message you was due to somebody tagging you in a post, which I thought you were the person to help with the problem. I haven't heard anything back from PayPal after asking them whats happening, but I contacted my bank which I purchased the upgrade with and the payment is cleared from their end.

@Arbiter , I've spoken to Paypal on the phone this morning (GMT) and they say the money has been released by them now, as they had it on hold... I haven't received my upgrade on my account as of yet.

Give it another day or two. PayPal may have released it, but it's still in progress.

@Arbiter hey man, just an update, my account still hasn't been credited with what i've paid for? whats the next step to solve this?

I know Arbiter doesn't come online as much these days, so does anyone else know of anyone else that can help me? its coming upto 2 weeks since I paid and I've still not received my upgrade and botting hours and I am becoming quite sick of waiting around!

You had opened a dispute on that payment which suspended the subscription. I have refunded the amount, so feel free to start a new subscription.

... So it is down to my own stupidity, Paypal told me that was cancelled and payment released within the same week, hence the reason I've harrassed this forum.
