My hours are showing way in te negative. I don't know what happened but I went on vacation last week and it was working fine. I come back a week later and it's showing in the negative. I paid for several hours that I didn't get to use. Any advice or an explanation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

So what happens when I buy more hours? I goes towards the negative 466 that I have right now? This doesn't make sense. I thought I was paying for a set amount of hours.

no its some dumb (imo) monthly system.. its not justpaying for hours like you think it would be

So the best thing to do since it's showing in negative 466 hrs already is to make a new account? I'm trying to figure this out. What do most people do?

Oh wow, so when we are buying 1k hours we're really getting what 250? Has anyone done the math on this? What a really crooked system. How can they do this??
