Unfortunately there's no mechanism to transfer credits from 1 wallet to another anymore. If you are selling $30 credits because you have $30 in your Paypal account however, that is possible by gifting those credits to another member. But as stated, you can't transfer credits from your account here to another user anymore.

Unfortunately there's no way to give users your own credits anymore.
