For some reason every time I try to run an instance it says I used 250 hours but that's impossible because I haven't botted nearly that much. Is there any way this can be resolved because this is definitely a mistake.

Buy some hours. Check how many hours you have used by clikcing ---> Log in | Community | RuneMate

It's def not 250 hours like they say but yeah you have to buy more hours...money, money, money.

Worth it though..since it's the only bot that really doesn't get you banned compared to others.

Yes. Hours used across multiple RuneMate accounts from the same IP address will combine. EG: Account001 uses 10 hours on a Monday; these 10 hours will also show up on Account002's usage history for Monday.


Why are my hours disappearing so quickly? I haven't used that many hours?
You are likely on a shared network or using a VPN where someone else on your network has used up the hours. If this is the case you should speak to your service provider and ask them to give each connecting user a unique public IP address.

I created another to see if that would fix the issue, but it wouldnt let me bot because it still said im over the limit, if you check on the other account it will say that I havent botted a single time. I think its because I live in an apartment building and someone else is using runemate in my apartment complex. How can i fix this?

It doesn't matter if you're an in a apartment building, you all have your own internet connection + IP address

Just buy more hours.. Literally $3 for an extra 200 hours. Problem solved
