Ok cool, ill take a look into.
Also this whole c per hour of use of the bot is new to me? Are there no bots that are a one off cost?
And the biggest thing is I obviously want to avoid bans, and I can do everyone in my power to do that.
But I always used to buy simple private scripts to avoid bans even more reliably.
The cents/hour thing is just a difference of philosophy across sites. The way RuneScape evolves over time, bots can eventually break and the author may not be around/willing to fix it. If you bought the bot outright, you'd be out the money spent, whereas with a pay per hour bot if it ever breaks, you can just not use it anymore. Also one time payments benefit goldfarmers/very heavy users and cost moderate users more.
That's my understanding anyway.
Hypothetically you could buy private bots on runemate for one time fees, but very few authors actually do that here as far as I know.
Private vs public bot is your call, everyone has their own comfort levels and methods to attempt to avoid bans. But I've always figured it was the quality of the bot and botting cautiously that mattered, personally.
