as title says, curious if it is safe to use 2 clients on on 2 different accounts under the same IP address?
if not, what should i do to run the other one safely

Its very safe to use at spots where not many report you and at early game its VERY risky but if you think the ot is buggy just report to the bot author also WRONG plugins can make the bot also VERY buggy increasing the chance of getting banned. and best moneymaking things get controlled often for bots like zulrah and gauntlet.
