My game get super laggy when running runemate and the bot cant seem to do anything but as soon as iturn off runemate it becomes normal.

can some one help me

You've set your FPS limit to 6 and wonder why it's lagging? Whew lad...
lool it was lagging at 50 fps in the discord they told me to set it to 6 and see what happens ....... at normal 50 bot just cant do shit due to lagg and as soon as i stop bot the game becomes normal, so yeah setting fps to 6 was the discord suggestion

Ah right. Is it taking up a lot of CPU/RAM when it's lagging?

It just started like 2 days ago ram usage is normal , but i talked to party and he said loads of people are having this issue and he thinks it might be his bot or the runemate api he doesnt know
 
How do i reduce the ram useage and cpu usage

Yea I have experienced the issue as well. A restart of the RuneScape client fixes it for me, but it's super annoying.
The only thing you can do to reduce CPU/RAM usage is what you've already tried.
