As the title says, i don't think it works.
I did a few tests:
1) Using the Runemate client, i entered some proxy details and ran the game, when i logged in it showed me the exact same ping results i would have gotten if i wasn't using a proxy. (The proxy i used was several Countries away from me)
2) When i used a Proxy client and connected to the same IP and Port i used in the Runemate client and logged in, the ping results differed greatly (several hundred ms on most servers - including my home country)
Does the client need administrator access in order to use the proxy or is it bugged at the moment? I do remember the Runemate client's proxy service was in beta a few weeks ago, does it still need some work? Or am i doing something wrong here (which i doubt)
