So runemate says it needs and update. ok. So I restart it, but i keep getting this ( in attached image ) . Im perfectly connected to the internet no problem, and unfortunately im dumb to not know how to enter proxy settings if i could... Thanks

Just uninstall and download it from the website. The one on the site should be the latest so you will get the update that way.
