RuneMate General Market Rules:
​

• Either what is for sale or the payment method must be RuneScape related in some way.
  
• If you are advertising a service, and you use bots to complete this service, you must state the service will be performed by bots in your thread
• Users are only permitted one thread in the market section for buying and one thread for selling accounts. Creating multiple threads to spam the market may result in your threads being removed and market access revoked.
• Cracked/stolen accounts of any kind are not permitted to be sold on RuneMate
• Threads may not be bumped more than once every 12 hours
• Users who wish to advertise external links or commercial based services must have a Sponsor rank.

Please remember to always ask for a private message from the person you're buying from to ensure you are talking to the right person and not to an impostor if communicating on Slack etc.​

If you have experienced an issue with a trader on RuneMate, please make a thread using the following template. Your thread is not a guarantee RuneMate will take action, however is the most transparent way for the situation to be evaluated.

Scam Report Filed Against: [Their username]
Thread URL on RuneMate Forums: eg: The For Sale thread or location where transaction was advertised.
Supporting Evidence: Please post entire conversation chat logs/screenshots/other supporting evidence showing the full transaction history between yourself and the other party.
