Resolved Runemate crashing when trying to open a script

Hey, I've been using RuneMate successfully for about a week, but after the update yesterday, the bot crashes whenever I try to run a script.

I get a text document in my RuneMate folder that says "A fatal error has been detected by the java runtime environment: Exception ACCESS VIOLATION. Then it goes to say "failed to write core dump. Minidumps are not enabled by default on client versions of Windows".

I tried uploading the text document but the forum wouldn't let me, even though it says txt files are permitted.

Upload the text file to a service like Pastebin and post a link to the file here.

Does this occur on all bots you try to run or just one?

Happens with all the bots I try to run. Never had a problem with any of them before the most recent update.

To clarify, you mean since RuneMate updated or RuneScape updated?

Try the following:

  1. Uninstall RuneScape
  2. Uninstall RuneMate
  3. Uninstall any Java installations on your computer
  4. Delete your Jagex cache files
  5. Download & install RuneScape
  6. Download & install RuneMate - it will automatically install the required Java version for you.

I mean since RuneMate updated, and thanks i'll try that right now

i just did this all and i did not work .
Any other ideas???? this is really annoying i have money on the account ...

any idea how to fix this???
 
THIS IS STILL HAPPENING TO ME. SOMEONE?!? PLEASE.
 
and then when it does that once, the runelite app itself jsut deletes itself from my pc!!! "unable to open file" PLEASE HELP ME
