Refunds can be requested via the Sessions Panel, and are issued at the Bot Author's discretion. Please note that refunds are limited and exceptions can not be made, so be mindful when submitting your request.

Submitting a request will open a new forum conversation between you and the Bot Author. Be sure to provide adequate information when submitting your request, such as:
* A detailed description of the problem you encountered
* Any relevant logs (see !logs command)

Hey, I'm not sure why my bot would be crashing like that, but you can follow the steps above to request a refund for any lost sessions.

I'd suggest restarting both RuneMate and Runelite before trying again, and using the lite/trail where possible

If I was refunded for everytime I MADE A MISTAKE due to a lack of sufficient elaborations for whatever service i was using, or for the times RuneMate jammed up on me

I'd prolly get to bot all night
