To whoever this may concern,

a few weeks back my anti virus had a spazam and quarentined runemate and also the legacy runescape client due to it apparently being malware but i knew that was false so i unquarentined it all and i completely removed my anti virus because it was doing my head in anyways.

but ever since the spazam iv had a few issues with runemate and it just doesnt seem like this is normal to me but everytime i login into the client and you have your accounts for signing into runescape i get these 2 empty ones up the top of my list but both have the exact same details on them so its 2 copies but the acc is banned so i no longer need it in the listing right so i delete them but everytime i log back into runemate they magicly reappear there up the top of the list again?

also iv been having an issue with @proxi divination bot but not the entire bot just one of the divination spots and me and proxi have been trying to figure whats going on and havent had any luck so far so im working down my list of solutions to see if its my end causing this or if its runemates end with the issue. any ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks.

To elaborate a little more, the issue with the divination bot appears to only happen when it's ran on his PC. The issue he was running into was the bot not being able to run at the Incandescent location. I've confirm though that the bot does indeed run at this location on my end by testing on two different machines (one running local/dev copy of the bot, the other machine running the bot store version of the bot).

Eventually our troubleshoot/testing points to it being somewhere potentially on the bot store/runemate side, Or the antivirus mishap has interfered with RuneMate. It's my understanding that accounts you add to RuneMate are stored on the cloud side but I'm not entirely sure the empty accounts has anything to do with this bug.

Fixed the phantom accounts issue. Please confirm.

We don't have sufficient information on the issue with the specific bot. Are there exceptions or logs that would help? If not, perhaps @proxi can add a debug mode or just log more to find the issue. I doubt bot issues have to do with the antivirus issue. The antivirus issue just sent a couple corrupted requests to the server.
