Bug RSU-linux-x64-installer.run [command not found]

I try "sudo ./RSU-linux-x64-installer.run" and its says I cant open no command, how to open then??

Ubuntu 18.04, java 10, and yes I have that file in downloads..

I fixed it now this error...
