I think supporters should have the time limit on the development mode lifted, as an added benefit to people who spend their money on the supporter bundle.

Development mode is for testing bots during development. If you are using a bot in production it should be exclusively through the Bot Store. Bot Authors develop bots and therefore do not have the limit.
