RS3 Renting my spare account out

I don't use my max account and it has members on it and therefore I am renting it out. Pm me if you are interested in renting it. I charge daily, weekly, or monthly depending on how you are willing to pay.
45% of payment is due upfront, other 55% comes after day, if rented day 2 day. Other payment methods can be discussed.

Account comes with Overloads flasks, Super Anti-fire flasks, Adrenaline flasks, elite void top and bottom, void gloves, and void helmet. Chaotic maul, dual chaotic longs, chaotic crossbow, lucky armadyl bow, chaotic staff, bone crusher, fareseer kiteshield, auspicious katana, royal xbow and a few auras. Any other supplies come from you. I do not log on during the time you are on.

I would either sell it if you don't use it, or don't bot when there ain't much point, if someone got it banned that would suck

its hard to find a buyer and if I can help people and make some money while i do it why wouldnt I lol
