Resolved Regal Thieving/Client Stopping the Bot 3 times now.

I've started using the bot "Regal Thieving" today and I am a bit frustrated with the transaction system and regal thieving. So initially i started the bot and it remained in the same position without any action, so i restarted the bot (Not knowing the rigorous transaction system) and boom i got charged 8 cents, i didn't really mind as it was only 8 cents so i started the bot again. This time around the bot started working and i got charged $0.08 , i was fine with that until the second hour i noticed the price got doubled to $0.16 (FOR ONE HOUR) and the bot suddenly stopped. I've tried 3 times already to start the bot and it seems to stop the whole script/bot itself after a couple seconds. At this point I am really unsatisfied and I do not want to start the bot again till this gets resolved. Please refer to this reply below on another users thread .

Pause. I am having the same issue. I am paying $0.08 p/h on a bot meaning in 2 hours ill have paid $0.16 but in this case its charging me every hour + the amount of hours I've played for example, i have been botting for 2 hours, the first hour i was charged $0.08 the second hour i was charged $0.16 = $0.24 how is that possible if its $0.08 PER HOUR. That's a bit faulty. ALSO I have started a bot and the bot wasn't responding (very common) so I had to restart the the bot and boot it up again, just for starting the bot I am getting charged those $0.08?? The system should charge the user for the amount of minutes the user plays, not the full hour upon start up as you're not always in need of a full hour of botting. Your sale tactics are very misleading in that sense please be more clear with users. Please review my transactions and let me know if there is a mistake.

This is the Client and Site Support sub forum - this is for issues with the RuneMate Client, not individual bots.

If you are having issues with individual bots, please post in the appropriate forum thread and report the bug to the Bot Author so they can fix it.

The FAQ clearly states how and when you are charged, there is no misleading here:

If you stop the bot and start it again, you will be charged again for another hour, regardless of how long ago you were charged for the last session, whether it be 30 seconds or 10 minutes.

If you read the FAQ you will see it clearly tells you what you need to do in the case of the bot malfunctioning:

If the bot breaks or doesn't work and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you.
