There is a pretty clear separation between a one time payment and a subscription. you should have thought of this before

if it's via paypal just take the dispute up with them, they'll contact the 'money holder' and you can work it out there...

Disputing on paypal will only end up with your account getting automatically banned, and in the end you'll lose the claim anyway.

Welcome to Runemate. Where everyone runs rabid and staff will do nothing.

On a side note, I would make sure you go on and cancel any reoccurring payments you may have sent up in PayPal so this doesn't happen again. Also you can DM me and maybe I can help you out with the refund. You won't get it here, they have no sympathy to help anyone. It like the wild west here. There is one gang in here and they just do what they want.
