I was wondering if there was a way to refund the money a bot charged me if it did not bot for me at all. I left my bot on before work and it had been trying to log onto an old account that has been disabled, rather than the account I wanted to bot on. The bot did not stop rather it kept trying to log into the account and by the time I came home, it had charged me all of my money.

You can always contact the author and ask for a refund, but in your case, I don't think the author will give you a refund. It's your own responsibility to set up the correct bot & account.

To clarify, in your scenario the bot never even really ran. Login handling is done by the RuneMate client and is the responsibility of the user to set up.

You can ask the author for a refund.

It's your own damn fault it happened. Don't expect a refund for user error.
