Is there anywhere that a recently deleted rs3 account is stored locally on your computer?

No, accounts arent stored on your computer in general. The data is getting encrypted, and then sent to the runemate servers where they are stored and loaded from.

So if i deleted the account locally then its gone and I cant recover the email and pass?
