Got supporter for 400 hours of botting, im at
"All Duration (hours) - Total: 281"
and the bot says ive reached my limit, what should i do??

How much did you pay? Sounds like you paid $3 and you're capped at 300 hours, and the services page is a little behind.

What was date of purchase? As Aidden pointed out, you haven't got the Supporter rank, so either your subscription has expired or the payment never went through in the first place.

Yeah, i guess it expired, i had supporter rank, anyway, gonna buy it again today =)
